    If you are using the default APPID, this prompt indicates that the public resources (resources shared by all free trial customers) are fully occupied and you need to wait in queue. If you are using a purchased APPID, please check the number of sessions in use according to the API protocol, and you can control and close them.

    • Some browsers, especially mobile browsers, require user interaction to play digital humans. It is recommended that the start event be triggered by user clicks, even if muted is in silent state. Otherwise, some browsers may not display the digital human.

    • Some WeChat browsers on iOS systems require calling navigator.mediaDevices.getUserMedia for authorization before playing remote streams.
