The Digital Human Real-time Interaction Duix SDK is an open capability and service provided by Nanjing Silicon-based Intelligence Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Silicon-based Intelligence") to customers of the Guiji.cn platform (opens new window) (hereinafter referred to as "Customers").
After Customers integrate the SDK into their applications according to the development documentation and guidelines of the Digital Human Real-time Interaction Duix SDK, we will provide related services to the end users of the Customer's application (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "users") through the integrated SDK and process data related to the Customer's application. This data may contain your personal information. Silicon-based Intelligence highly values the protection of your personal information and privacy. We will provide corresponding security protection measures for your personal information as required by law. This statement explains how we collect, use, disclose, protect, store, and transmit your personal information.
Please Note:
Silicon-based Intelligence will only collect and use your personal information for the purposes and in the manner described below in this statement. If we intend to use your collected personal information for purposes not stated herein, we will clearly notify you in a reasonable manner, either directly or through the Customer, and obtain your consent again or establish another legal basis. If the SDK has extended functionalities or collects and uses optional personal information, we will specify this below.
The Digital Human Real-time Interaction Duix SDK supports Silicon-based Intelligence's digital human real-time interaction functionality (hereinafter referred to as "Interaction Functionality"). To provide this functionality, the SDK will request microphone permission from the Customer's application or browser when you actively click the chat button. After you consent to the application using the microphone, your audio data or text data will be uploaded to a third-party system or model designated by the Customer to recognize semantics, generate responses, and provide you with the interaction functionality.
To ensure stable operation of the SDK and improve product operation strategies, the SDK will directly collect information about interface calls made by the Customer's application to the SDK. This information is uploaded to servers for statistical analysis. The processed personal information includes application information (browser User Agent or Android/iOS terminal information) and SDK interface call records. This information will not be linked to your personal identity, and we cannot identify you.
When you use corresponding functionalities and services, we will request corresponding permissions for your device's system through the Customer's application. You can view permission statuses in the settings function of the Customer's application or browser and can choose to enable or disable some or all permissions.
When integrating and using corresponding open capabilities, the Customer will determine the scope of permission requests. Therefore, the Customer is responsible for explaining the purpose of these permissions to you. Your enabling of any permission upon the request of the Customer's application constitutes authorization for us to process related personal information to provide you with the corresponding service. Once you disable any permission, it means you have withdrawn that authorization. We will cease processing related personal information based on that permission and may no longer be able to provide the service associated with that permission. Please note that your decision to disable a permission does not affect the validity of personal information processing activities previously conducted based on your authorization.
